Hunters

Sign up for an account on our site. You’ll be prompted to choose a membership level. With a free Starter membership, you can lease land and reserve guided hunts. Base, Pro and Premium membership levels let you post your own listings.
After you complete a transaction on the site, you will receive confirmation and an email with the landowner’s or outfitter’s information (if applicable). Your order will be listed within your account dashboard.
Yes. You must pay for shipping costs if they apply to the item you purchased. You will also be responsible for paying any tax on the item.

- First, sign up for an account. Base, Pro and Premium memberships can create listings.
- Once you are logged in, select “List A Hunt” from the top right corner or access your account dashboard. Within your dashboard, navigate to the “Listings” tab and choose “Create New Listing.” Fill out the form that follows. Submit your listing by selecting the “List It” button.

- HUUNT takes 10% commission from the final sale of each listing.
- If you upgrade your membership to Premium status, you can post listings without the commission charge. Woo-hoo!
- What you charge for your land or listing is up to you. Many annual leases charge a dollar amount per acre. Keep local land values, amenities and any restrictions you would like to make in mind.
- When you publish a listing, you agree to accept HUUNT’s Hunting Access License Agreement and assume full responsibility for the item offered and the content of your listing. The Hunting Access License Agreement is a contract between the Landowner or Outfitter (Licensor) and the Hunter (Licensee).
- By using the site and completing transactions, you agree to the Hunting Access License Agreement and the Terms and Conditions. No additional contract is necessary.
- HUUNT is not liable for any damages to your property or person, or any accidents or injuries that may occur. It is your choice to purchase or require hunters to purchase liability insurance.
- HUUNT is not liable for accidents that happen on your property.
